Work(OUT) From Home
It's been a long 4 days at home and we miss you! While we are so looking forward to being able to reopen and ride with you again, we know the importance of social distancing and we are feeling extra grateful for our health.
Until we are able to get back into the studio together, we compiled some of our favorite online workouts to stay moving during this time. While we'd love to offer digital classes, we can't replicate that intangible SPARK — the energy and connection of riding and moving together.
So until we're back, we highly recommend these streamed workouts. We know good content when we see it and these studios/instructors are some of the best!
Some of our local favorites:
- Verve and Pure: both streaming on-the-bike classes from their studios!
- Tabu Fit: we don’t know if we love the workout or Tabu himself more
- Powerhouse Pilates and SALT: bodyweight mat pilates (keep an eye out for Vanessa teaching both)
- Barry's: 20 minute bodyweight workouts multiple times a day + saved on IGTV (local-ish)
- Jordyn and Vanessa: two of our favorites making their own at home workout videos. Check out their pages for more info!
Not so local but now in your living room:
- Nike Training: had this one pre-quarantine (what does that tell you)
- CorePower Yoga: 7 day free trial of on demand yoga
- The Class by Taryn Toomey: free 14 day trial (it’s a favorite of Morgan's)
- Tracy Anderson Method: free 14 day trial (normally $$$ + celeb-filled)
- 305 Fitness: dance like no one is watching (because literally no one is)
- Peloton: we’re just hearing about this one
