If a class is full and you sign up on the waitlist, there’s a good chance you’ll be able to ride. Up until 5 p.m. the evening before the class, waitlisted riders will be automatically added to a class when a spot opens up. If you’re on the waitlist and a bike opens up after 5 p.m. the evening before the class (including the day of the class), we’ll call you and book you on the bike once we get word you can still come.
If you are on the waitlist, show up early to class and let the front desk know you’re here to ride. We often have last minute cancellations and will do our best to get you on a bike. Unclaimed bikes are reassigned 5 minutes before the class start time in waitlist order (i.e., if you are first on the waitlist, your name will be called first for a bike).
If you do not get a bike, your class will go back on your account to use in the future.
