We have a new booking system and a SPARKCYCLE app!
If you haven't already, please reset your password to activate your account. Please also upload a credit card to your account as no credit card information was transferred from our old system.
We are so excited for this upgrade which makes booking super easy, gives you access to additional account details, lets unlimited/annual members book guests in advance, and more.
January is almost over and the number of you who have already hit 20 rides or who are on track to hit it is CRAZY! Challenge participants can pick up our third giveaway of the month now and get a little energy boost from a Sunday Scaries YOLO energy shot to finish off the final days of the month.

If you are a new rider, please arrive at least 15 minutes before class so we can get you fitted with shoes and get you comfortable on the bike. New riders are not allowed to enter class after it has begun.
All riders should arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class start time. If you are running late, please call us to hold your bike. Unclaimed reserved bikes are released to riders on the waitlist 5 minutes before class starts. No rider will be able to enter the room 5 minutes after the class start time.
In the consideration of other riders, if you're unable to make a reserved class, please cancel your class by 5 p.m. the day before to avoid a late cancel fee of $15 (the class will be returned to your account). Riders who no show a reserved class will be charged $22 and will have the class returned to their account.
